Clean up your form

Many people have problems with various aspects of their Olympic weightlifting. Here is a good of clip of a Russian weightlifter performing a clean & jerk in slow-motion.
Pause it at parts, watch it a few times, then compare it to a video/pictures of your own form. Be your own biggest critic! Need help addressing certain aspects of your technique and approach, just ask! Problems/faults in your technique/approach will remain a problem if they are NOT addressed.
