- (1) pitted avocado
- (5) pitted dates
- (2) tbsp. almond butter
- (1) cup almond milk
- (3) scoops Whey Isolate
- (1) tsp. raw almond extract
How to make (simple and quick):
- Put dates in a bowl, fill (w/ filtered water)til water level is just above dates, and allow to soak for up to an hour.
- Strain dates and put them into a blender.
- Place all other ingredients into the blender and mix well.
- After mixed, blend should be thick and creamy. If watery = add more dates/protein. If thick = add more almond milk.
- Refrigerate and allow to cool for 1-3 hours (can be eaten right away, taste better cold).
- Serve with slivered banana on top.
