Chocolate Protein pudding

2-3 servings
Ingredients: 
  • (1) pitted avocado
  • (5) pitted dates
  • (2) tbsp. almond butter
  • (1) cup almond milk
  • (3) scoops Whey Isolate
  • (1) tsp. raw almond extract


How to make (simple and quick):
  1. Put dates in a bowl, fill (w/ filtered water)til water level is just above dates, and allow to soak for up to an hour.
  2. Strain dates and put them into a blender.
  3. Place all other ingredients into the blender and mix well.
  4. After mixed, blend should be thick and creamy.  If watery = add more dates/protein.  If thick = add more almond milk.
  5. Refrigerate and allow to cool for 1-3 hours (can be eaten right away, taste better cold).
  6. Serve with slivered banana on top.
