Workout: Lunges + Push Presses
Start off doing 1 rep of each exercise, adding 1 additional rep per minute, cap reps at 5 of each exercise, and routine will last 20 minutes. 1st min: 1 rep of lunges (1 each side) + 1 push press 2nd min: 2 reps of lunges (2 each side) + 2 push presses … 5th min: 5 reps of lunges (5 each side) + 5 push presses … 20th min: 5 reps of lunges (5 each side) + 5 push presses If you cannot complete the given reps of each exercise in the allotted minute, drop the reps down to the previous set. For example, if you cannot get 4 reps on each exercise in the given time frame, drop the next set to 3.
