Correcting Form

Recipe Of the Day:
Basil and Tomato appetizer

 During Wednesday's workout, Tim worked hard (as always) and adjusted his form:
 Picture 1: To much of an extension of the back, high probability of injury with weight increase and also was lacking stability from weight shifting to the balls of the feet.
 
Picture 2: stayed in his heels, elbows high and wide, hips go forward = HUGE IMPROVEMENT!  Great job Tim!
