Recipe Of the Day: Egg drop soup

WORKOUT:
25min AMRAP
5x Burpees
15x/side OH Reverse lunges
10x Burpees
30x Squats
5x Burpees
15x/side SLDL

Pop push ups

Pop push ups: (if you are a beginner, do this with a pillow under your face/chest) go down as far as possible, then push up with all of the force that you can, while in mid-air clap your hands and bring them back down to the floor. Repeat.

Recipe Of the Day: Almond crusted salmon

WORKOUT:
1.) DeadLift x 5RM

2.) 3 supersets:
(a1.) SLDL x 10
(a2.) Lunges(back loaded) x 10 

3.) Farmer sprints x 90sec for max distance (DB total = b/w)

Jack Martin
Army Staff Sgt. Jack M. Martin III, 26, of Bethany, OK, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, Fort Lewis, WA, died September 29th, 2009 in Jolo Island, Philippines, from the detonation of an explosive device.

Martin is survived by his wife Ashley Martin, his parents Jack and Cheryl Martin, and siblings Abe, Mandi, Amber, and Abi.
