    WORKOUT: 
    Tabata:
    Iso press (switch arms every set)
    Sumo swings
    5ROUNDS: 1min per exercise
    Side plank + knee lift
    Frog Squat + jump
    Mtn climber + circle

    Ron gets deep on the rings

    Ron shows good flexibility and gets deep while doing ring flyes. 

    Ring flyes: This exercise is similar to dumbbell flyes except you are utilizing your own body weight for resistance. Begin in push up position. Extend your straight arms out to either side of your body. Lower your body until your chest is approximately level with the rings. Repeat.

    KB windmills 3x10

    Carmine and Rocco set the bar high with a *Medley carry time of 1:43
    *Medley: (@ the end of the workout) 100ft waiter walks + 200ft farmer walks (all % based)

    Coach Pete, Charles, and Ron: all having a beer after one of our workouts.  Charles shows us different uses for beer after a hard workout...  In mid-drink, he stops to use it as his ice pack.  Hopefully it didn't get too warm!
